Returns

  • We hope you LOVE your new Dancing Pony purchase but if not, feel free to send it back!
  • All items must be received by Dancing Pony Boutique within 14 days of the original purchase date with proof of receipt.
  • All items should NOT be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All items must have their original tags attached.
  • All Discounted items are a final sale.
  • If your item DOES NOT meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return or it will become property of Dancing Pony Boutique.
  • If your item DOES meet the above criteria, please email us at ordersdancingpony@gmail.com. and add "return" in the subject box and let us know the reason for your return. Once we approve your return, you may mail the return to:

  • We advise that you add a tracking number to your return.  We are not responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
  • Once we receive your return we will process the return within 1-3 business days.  
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 830-626-7669 or email us at ordersdancingpony@gmail.com within an hour after making your purchase. We are available Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-6:00 pm CST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order.
  • ALL SALE merchandise, ALL Jewelry, and ALL Basics (camis, bralettes, sticky bras, etc.) are a FINAL SALE.
  • All merchandise purchased with a coupon code/discount over 30% are FINAL SALE. 
  • Gift certificates are final sale.
